  Brief Introduction
˙ Model CSC-50A Automatic Cartoning Machine (box folding→ filling→ packing) It is specially design to automatic pack small quantities’ multi size box.
˙ With low cost and only require small area. It is suitable for various sizes of box. The machine is a vertical type with multiple function and require a short time to change mould.
˙ The machine is made of aluminum alloy with anode treatment. Rust proof long service life and easily clean. Product automatic drop into box via star wheel and conveyor.
˙ CSC-50A 型自動折盒裝盒包裝機是專為少量多樣的包裝物而設計。其特點是成本低，所需空間小，適用尺寸範圍廣。機器直立式結構，易於模具更換，具多樣功能。
˙ 本機採鋁合金製作再經陽極處理，不生鏽、耐用清潔方便。
˙ 物料由輪送帶經由星形輪自動投入盒內。

  1.       Push box into star wheel.  / 將紙盒吸入星形盤 。
2.       Fold box lower small flap. / 將下雙小耳內析 。
3.       Stamping code on box.  / 由打印機打上編號 。
4.       Product fall into box.  / 將欲裝物放入紙盒 。
5.       Fold box upper small flap.  / 將上雙小耳內折 。
6.       Press both upper and lower big flaps.  / 將紙盒雙大耳壓入。
7.       Flatten both big flaps.  / 壓平封口。
8.       Product push out.  / 成品完成。
9.       If "1" suck no box into star wheel, piston will push out, and will pull back normally. / 
          當1.未將紙盒吸入時，氣缸伸出，反之收回。
